About Us

We are a Saudi licensed and officially accredited company specializing in real estate valuation and the preparation of real estate and economic studies. We adhere strictly to the International Valuation Standards (IVS) and the local standards issued by the Saudi Authority for Accredited Valuers (TAQEEM).

Our team combines practical experience with academic knowledge under the leadership of our General Manager, Mr. Salem bin Mohammed Al-Faiea Al-Qahtani, a Fellow Member of the Saudi Authority for Accredited Valuers. He brings over 20 years of hands-on experience in the real estate sector in general, and in valuation and real estate studies in particular.

Throughout his career, he has led several specialized projects in real estate valuation and consultancy, and supervised the preparation and execution of studies for a number of major landmark projects within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This has equipped him with extensive expertise and a deep strategic vision that strengthens client trust and adds real value to the services we provide.
